Description of the problem	Rear seat belts do not stay latched. I have car seats installed with the seat belts and the keep coming undone, whether there is a child in the seat or not. This has been happening since i purchased the vehicle, at 167 miles!! Am at 417 now and it has happened at least 5 more times.
