Description of the problem	Around the first of this month i attempted to open my driver's side door from the outside and was unable to. I thought it was the lock itself, but after investigating a little further i realized it is the door handle itself. I also experience problems with my fuel door. Sometimes it opens with the push button and sometimes it does not. Kia has looked at this and was not able to reproduce the problem.
