Description of the problem	This engine has a widespread problem of ticking coming from the top part of the engine, and issues with oil including burning oil. I personally have experienced both despite many efforts to try to remedy the problem. Many other drivers of the same car have had these same issues which have led to scoring in the cylinders and complete engine failure. I myself am also very close to engine failure. Many people including myself believe that there is an underlying issue(s) causing these problems in the theta ii engines. Many people in canada have had their engine replaced for the same problems.
