Description of the problemWe own a small store and my husband had pulled up to the ga tank to fill up the jeep. He got out and proceeded to put gas in the tank when it suddenly jumped into reverse and sped backward. The jeep was going at an excessive speed and the door was open, it hit a post and bent the door back. My husband proceeded to jump into the jeep and applied the brakes and skidded to a stop. My husband pulled some muscles in his chest and bruised some ribs. I have contacted chrysler and a consultant has been sent out, but in my calls to the company i have not been able to talk with anyone that can tell me what to do or where to call.*ak
