Description of the problem	I was driving home on a beautiful sunny summer afternoon. When the traffic in front of me stopped, i applied my brakes. The pedal when half way to the floor, caught, the went all the way to the floor. I had no brakes. Luckily, i remembered to pull the emergency brake, which made me stop immediately only tapping the vehicle in front of me. I pulled the car to the side of the road. I still had a full pedal but if i put it in gear, i had no brakes. I had the car towed to my mechanic to have hom look at the vehicle. It had oly checked the brakes two weeks prior and told me that the brakes were fine. When he pulled off the wheel he found that the rotor had separated from the disc on both of my front wheels leaving me with no brakes. We checked to see if there was any recalls for the brakes and found none for the 1994 jeep grand cherokee. However, the 1989 to 1993 model years were recalled for this problem. I feel that something should be done about this problem before someone isn't as lucky as i am and gets killed
