Description of the problem | I have a jeep grand cherokee with an automatic transmission. The transmission has a defective transmission control module. The transmission locks in 3rd gear giving you the false impression that you are in neutral or fails to accelerate sufficiently when in traffic. I almost experienced a sudden acceleration incident with my defective transmission. It was a combination of my error and the defective transmission. I would be glad to explain the incident.
