Description of the problem | 2016 infiniti qx60. Consumer writes in regards to dealership refusal to repair an old 2gb navigation system to an upgraded 4gb system. *smd the consumer stated he was unable to download directions. *jb the consumer stated the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time completing a recall repair.
