Description of the problem | Sun visor is broken and hangs down in the sight line of the driver. The car is a 2014 infinity qx 60 and both visors are broken. Cost is over $400 to fix the faulty parts plus labor. This is a safety hazard and a faulty part that is a rip off for $400 to fix. Contacted infinity corporate to see about replacing the faulty parts and was told that they would not cover any of the cost. Treating it as normal wear and tear. The vehicle is 4 years old and has 64k miles. |
