Description of the problem	Intermittent issues involving the braking system. Most days the issue is not present. Some days the issue occurs the entire day. Some days the issue only occurs once out of 4-5 times the vehicle is used. 1. Brake pedal sinks to floor when at a stop. Wheezing sound when releasing the brake pedal. 2. When braking softly, brake pedal travels about 50% before the vehicle begins slowing. 3. Issue persists the entire time the car is in use. Restarting the vehicle sometimes restores functionality.
