Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 infiniti qx60. While the heated driver's seat was activated, the heater element overheated and caused a burn mark in the front driver's seat. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer to be inspected. The contact was informed that the location of the burn mark was not in the spot that a failure would normally have occurred. The contact was informed that there would be no assistance offered in having the vehicle repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 26,380. |
