Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 infiniti qx60. The contact stated that the third row seats were missing two seat belts. The contact stated that she was unable to drive the vehicle with her children due to the missing seat belts. The vehicle was taken to infiniti of greensboro (3605 w wendover ave, greensboro, nc 27407) where it was verified that there were no seat belts for the third row seats. The contact stated that the dealer would have to order the parts for the vehicle to be repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact that they would research the failure and get back with her. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000. The vin was not available. |
