Description of the problem	When starting from a standstill, the car jerks and hesitates to move. Several times i have been taking a left and as i push the gas, the car just does nothing and i'm afraid i'll be sitting in the middle of the two lane highway unable to get out of the way of oncoming traffic. As others have noted, the transmission jerks and it looks as if i'm failing miserably at driving stick shift, but the car is manual. We thought for a long time that the jerking was due to the transition from electric to gas, but as the jerking got worse we realized it was the transmission. I now cannot get rid of this car without paying $10k on the loan because of this issue. It would probably cost me the same to have the transmission replaced, but it sounds like others have paid to have the transmission repaired or replaced, but the same problems persist. I just want to be rid of this car and i will never buy a hybrid or an infiniti again.
