Description of the problem	My car was issued a recall number 16v-527 in july. After my car was towed to the dealer after it suddenly stopped while driving on the fwy due to the hybrid system. The dealer said that they could not complete the recall work due to the lack of parts, even though the recall appears to relate directly to the problem i am having with the car. The car was in mtion on the fwy when the engine suddenly stopped due to a hybrid motor issue.
