Description of the problem | I contacted michelin per the nhtsa and i did not receive a satisfactory response. My car tires were examine by third party prior to the incident. The service station owner noticed all four tires were dry rotten. He told me i should return them to place of purchase. My vehicle suffering total tire failure. I have occurred about 700. 00 in personal costs and i am still on three bad tires. Michelin stated that i needed to have my insurance company file the claim. That is not correct. They will not file for my personal costs involve and will not seek payment from michelin. |
