Description of the problem	Oil consumption problem. I lose at least 1 qt every 1,000 miles. Dealer did an oil consumption test and claims it only lost 2 qts in 3,500 miles. They zip tied everything so i could not check it myself. When i check the oil myself it always loses at least 1 qt for every 1,000 miles driven. The dealer lied but still forwarded my claim to infiniti corporate. I never heard from them so i called them myself and they said they would not do anything about it. My car is a manual and i read online that this is a very common problem. Why is this not force recalled by the government? Engine could seize on a highway and cause a collision.
