Description of the problem	I was almost a complete stop when i was rear ended. The impact was pretty hard, and the vehicle was ultimately a total loss. At the time of collision, my drivers side seat collapsed back on me almost to a full recline position. Due to this, my seat belt was completely loose, and felt as if i did not have one on. I slid down, and my ankles were bruised on top, and my baseball cap flew off into the back seat. Also, the airbag did not deploy.
