Description of the problem | Air bags disabled sensor remains on. I have taken vehicle to have repaired at nissan dealer twice, but each time the disabled sensor will come back on. I filed complaint with infiniti but after the initial contact the assigned agent would not respond to my phone calls after they discovered what the complaint was about. The complaint was file in april of 2009 with infiniti corporation. This vehicle was still under warranty at the time the company stopped responding to my complaint about the air bag disabled sensor coming on. The repairs and complaint are in infiniti's corporate files. The vehicle was taken to pearson inifiniti in richmond, va to be repaired twice for the sensor before i file a complaint with the corporation. The vehicle still has not been repaired. The problem started when the vehicle had about 35,000 miles on the odometer. |
