Description of the problem	I stopped my my 2004 infiniti g35 sedan at the end of my driveway, set the parking brake, and got out of the car to retrieve an item left on the ground next to my mailbox. When i walked away from the car, it began rolling. The car rolled off the side of my driveway and into the woods, where it hit a tree, causing considerable damage. Infiniti denies any responsibility for the damage, claiming that the brake is functioning within factory specifications.
