Description of the problem | I own a 2005 infiniti g35 manual trans. It suffers from the common oil consumption issue. It was taken to the only local dealership in puerto rico and was denied warranty replacement because there are aftermarket parts on the engine. I believe this is illegal since they can't prove those modifications caused the condition since it's well knows these cars suffer from this. I have contacted them several times but they insist on their decision. They informed me several times they had submitted the claim to nissan usa but never answered any of my email and never answered my request for that documentation. I contacted nissan usa and they said my dealership had never contacted them and that i should deal with my local dealership since i'm in puerto rico. Please help. |
