Description of the problem | Puddles of water leak into the car on the driver and front passenger side due to plastic clamps in the dash that a fragile and break. The water flows from sunroof drainage tubes that continue to be blocked when it rains. I had them replaced in june 2016 when the car was under warranty and they are broken again. The car is no longer under warranty and it cost $1665 to replace plus i paid $150 at the dealership for the inspection. The manufacturer is aware of the defective parts and only warrants their defective parts for 1 year. I am one month past the 12 month period. The service department said that some electrically parts will malfunction if they get wet from the drainage. |
