Description of the problem | Takata recall. I received a notice from infinity about recall 16v-349 in august or september of 2016. I called my local dealer and they said they were expecting the new airbags by the end of the month so i set an appointment, because they did not receive the air bags i have made new appointments each month since september through january of this year but they still don't have the parts. They called other dealers but they only had parts for 2007 and later, not 2005. It appears that my local dealer has made every effort, and it's the corporate office of infinity that doesn't send the dealer the parts to complete the recall. Can you help my dealer get the parts needed to complete the recall? |
