Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 infiniti fx35. While driving approximately 55 mph, the contact attempted to make a turn and all the air bags deployed except for the frontal side air bag. There were no warning indicators or an impact. The contact called the insurance company and the police and remained in the vehicle until the police arrived and instructed her to move to the side of the road. The contact sustained minor cuts and burns that did not require medical attention. The insurance company arrived, but referred the contact to the manufacturer who stated that the failure was due to a manufacturer defect. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but referred the contact to the insurance company. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 143,000.
