Description of the problem | 1. Front passenger seat airbag warning sensor light always blinking despite several dealer attempts to correct. Dealer tried to reset sensor on 5/05/10,10/23/15 & 11/15/16 and an estimate of $5,091. 96 on 11/15/16 to correct the issue. Manufacturer denied claim to replace sensor on 11/17/16 (case # 24679041. 2. Multiple dashboard cracks. Dealer gave us an estimate on 9/4/18 of $2,453. 64 for parts, $800. 00 for labor plus tax on parts & labor. This car was purchased new from dealer in 10/17/09 and is always stored inside our garage when not in use, has 9,037 miles as of 1/15/19 and is in very good condition aside from the two aforementioned problems. |
