Description of the problem | February 3, 2021, i was driving home to dallas from a business trip in san antonio. My mother and daughter were with me. My daughter got tangled in the middle seatbelt of the second row. Instead of the seatbelt loosening up, it got tighter. I had no way to remove it. I called 911 in order for them to cut her out. My daughter began to throw up from the compression of the seatbelt around her stomach. The ambulance team checked her out and she is doing fine. The police did an incident report and was concerned that the seatbelt did not loosen up after pulled over to the median and parked the car. It got tighter and i could not pull it off of her. |
