Description of the problem	I bought this vehicle almost two years ago at the kia dealer ship located on 441 nw miami fl, and between mid september and on,in miami we were experienced constant heavy rain. I noticed that a leaking on the front driver seat below the gas paddle, water dripping with force every times it rains and my front car driver side soak and wet with water. I reported to the dealer on numerous occasion and they stated that they are not responsible for it because the car was sell as is. They advised that i contact the manufacturer for the defect. The inside carpeted area is looking rusty and black, which has cause a bad odor to my car; this cause it to be hazardous and when i am driving, it causes my feet to be slippery on the paddle in which can cause terrible accident. I took the vehicle to kia auto parts so that they can check for the water leak, it was unsuccessful they could not detect the area where the leak is coming from. Also they advised that i contact the manufacture for bodily defect. I am a very cautious individual and believe that safety is a number one concern in every community, am looking to resolve this matter to the best way possible. Please help?
