Description of the problem | This new car is not equipped with interior dome lighting in front. Thus when it is dark, no courtesy light comes on upon entry and it's hard to see where to put the key into the ignition. This could be a serious problem if anyone suspicious is lurking around, if you are stuck on the side of the road at night, or if you are lost. There is a light in the back, but it is very dim and provides no help. When i bought the car i neglected to check for it, as i thought that all cars today came equipped with front lighting. The dealership said it is not possible to put one in as it was not manufactured with one. I'm surprised it is legal to sell new cars with such an important fixture missing. |
