Description of the problem | I have the 1. 7 turbo engine with the dual-clutch automatic transmission. On multiple occasions, when accelerating from a stop, engine revs and car doesn't move (as if it's stuck in neutral). Transmission finally kicks in, but only after a scary couple of seconds - especially when turning left through an intersection. Many other people have had the same problem. Dealer says this is normal for this type of transmission. I say it's dangerous!! |
