Description of the problem	Occasionally, on a city street at stop signal or stop sign, vehicle fails to accelerate from a stop as gas pedal is pressed. Revs to high rpm's, and as transmission catches up, the vehicle lunges forward violently, nearly causing rear end collision on several different occasions. Continues to happen after two separate recall/dct program updates with hyundai dealer.
