Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 hyundai tucson. While attempting to accelerate from a stop, the vehicle jerked and hesitated before moving forward. In addition, the accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to accelerate as the rpms increased. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle needed to be repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 16v628000 (electrical system, power train).
