Description of the problem	Vehicle will hesitate when pulling into traffic. Transmission will engage and disengage periodically own its own and rpm"s will rev. After hesitation car will surge forward and jerk your neck. I have had too many close calls to drive this car anymore. The problems happen randomly. Has been back to the dealer 3 times for this. Now they say they cannot reproduce the problem. Somebody is going to get killed in this car if driven because you never know when it is going to happen. I have now seen many complaints about the same problem online. These problems occur when motion on all streets and highway. It does not make any difference if the vehicle is in normal, eco or sport mode. Every time the dealer has it it seems to fix it temporally but then the problem seems to re-accrue. I can not imagine what is going to happen when the roads get bad in the winter.
