Description of the problem | We were stuck in a backup, stop and go traffic for about 20 minutes, when i went to accelerate the car would not move forward. I put the gear selector in park and back into drive, the car would not go forward. I had to step on the gas to make it move and then the air conditioner went warm. After driving for about 5 minutes the air conditioner started working again. I have tried to call the dealer for three days and they have not called me back, i think my next step is to call corporate hyundai to file a complaint. This problem really needs to be repaired, otherwise this is a good car. |
