Description of the problem	This car needs to be recalled and the transmitting replaced. It is dangerous. First it was the shudder and erratic hesitation starting out in 1st gear. Like you have a choice what gear you start in. So it's crazy frustrating. Now it has advanced to not engaging 1st gear from time to time. Twice while in the middle of a busy intersection. Then once engaged, the car burned rubber through a left turn to exit the intersection. I'm lucky to have not had an accident or ran anyone over int he process. Every time i bring it to the dealer, they talk to me like it is the design of the duel clutch and nothing i can do since it was designed that way... What?!! I'm taking a more active approach now to keep myself or someone in my family from dying as a result of this problem that hyundai is clearly refusing to admit to. There is many accounts posted on the internet exactly the same as mine. The service manager said the don't read internet propaganda.. I just can't believe this company exists in america. And fyi - the car i had 10 years prior was the 2006 hyundai tucson. They rebuild the 2016 and this is what i get for my loyalty.
