Description of the problem | While driving on a highway the sunroof on my 3 week old car suddenly imploded at random. It was not hit by any objects or debris. The panoramic roof was closed at the time but the screen underneath was open so that you could see through the window. The glass was scattered throughout the front and back seats as well as found on top of the back portion of the roof. No injuries resulted but an extremely dangerous defect that should be addressed immediately. |
