Description of the problem | Purchased as second owner on 8/18/16, mileage was 21,7946. On 03/16/18, was driving at approx. 40 mph when all the dash lights came on and the car came to a stop, no power. Towed to hyundai dealer, was told crankshaft seized and the engine needed replaced. Mileage was 70,702 and i was told it was not covered by warranty because it was 702 miles over. Paid $4000 for a used motor. Got a letter recently telling me there was an issue with the software, and in looking i up discovered there were issues with this motor. |
