Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 hyundai tucson. While driving 60 mph, the vehicle seized and lost power without warning. The contact managed to veer to the shoulder of the road and stop the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle, but was unable to duplicate the failure. Three weeks prior to the failure, the vehicle was repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 19v063000 (engine and engine cooling).
