Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 hyundai tucson. While driving 60 mph, the contact heard an abnormal noise and the vehicle began to stall. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 19v063000 (engine and engine cooling). Carolina hyundai of high point (located at 2431 n main st, high point, nc 27262, (336) 884-7000) stated that the part was not available and the contact felt that the dealer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 64,000. Parts distribution disconnect. |
