Description of the problem | On 05/30/18, when arriving on campus grounds at my place of employment my vehicle started making clanking noises, the engine light turned on, and the vehicle started to decelerate. When i parked it, it stalled and died in the spot. I contacted the dealership and had it towed to them. After 2 days, the dealership informed the engine need to be replaced and hyundai was going to pay for it. The dealership informed me i had to pay $5/day for a rental vehicle of their choosing. Since that day, i have not received any information regarding my vehicle and i am still in the rental. The vehicle is still under warranty and when i questioned the the warranty, the dealership would not provide me a copy of it. |
