Description of the problem | In june 2018 i took my car for virginia state inspection n emissions it passed. I have had routine oil changes tire replacement at a kia dealership. I took my car for annual virginia inspection. It failed for severe rust and holes in my subframe suggested unsafe to drive shouldn't this have been noticed on inspection or any of times it had been repaired my last oil change was in 2019 as well as tire repairs. The shop where my car was failed is taking pictures for me and i am finding all receipts from repairs for last year. Unsure if to contact dealer or hyundai |
