Description of the problem	First incident occurred-when i lived in fredericksburg,va -i was driving on rt 1 going downhill toward a stop light(no vehicle in front of me). As i was coming to a stop at the light the vehicle brakes were press down as far as it could go and i hear a clicking noise on the panel which was the esc light. I had to turn the car off and put it in park to start it, in order to continue to drive. This has happened a couple other times. Tires have been replaced couple of times and brake pads because of groves and grinding noise. Now i'm having problems with my car won't start - had battery checked at advanced auto and its good. Esc light on with clicking noise when attempt to start car. Now that my vehicle have almost 123,000 miles, i found a recall nhtsa: 09v122000. Called hyundai customer assistance center 1-800-633-5151 this morning at 08:18 am eastern standard time, i advise the representative that i had been having problem with my vehicle as described in this recall. She said my vehicle is not eligible because it was not in the list of vin'
