Description of the problem | Air bag light is on. Took to the dealer, webb hyundai in highland, indiana. They said $502 to fix it. It's a safety issue. Later, they said since i'm a loyal customer (bought 5 hyundai's) they'd fix it for $177. It's a safety issue! My wife drove the car home. Invoice says "customer declined repair at this time. Vehicle is unsafe to drive." she's crying. Extended warranty expires in 2 days. Car has 97000 miles on it. Hyundai has lost my business and i will let others know about their treatment of customers. I don't have a fax machine to send copies of the receipts. |
