Description of the problem | 2005 hyundai tucson, purchased used. Both sun visors are cracked where they attach to the vehicle. The drivers side visor cannot be used as it swings freely and obstructs vision. The passenger side is cracked in exactly the same way. The sonata visors were recalled, the tucson appears to be the same design but has not been recalled and are very expensive to replace. Looking for used parts at junk yards we found all of the visors were cracked in the same manner. Appears to be a dangerous, faulty design. |
