Description of the problem | I purchased a 2005 hyundai tucson on 2/7/07 for which the dealership was not at fault as they were lied to by the previous owner. Within a few weeks after owning the car it would just die anywhere and at anytime. I contacted the dealership numerous times to only get little assistance and a few repair attempts without success. It died 5 separate times on the 14 freeway in the evening after picking up my boys in rosamond and had 5 near fatal accidents which i documented where i was and the time and date. I have a log of all the timed and i am upset that in 7 months the car is still allowed to be on the road. The manufacturer refuses to take it back knowing there is a problem and i am furious. All i wanted was a drivable car and be free from worries. *jb |
