Description of the problem	Puchase my elantra in june 2017, when it rain or first thing in the am the brakes will make a sound like i need new breaks and like the rotor need replaced. I took it in and they said everything was find. One year later still have the same problem. The seatbelt light comes on and continues to beep with no one sitting in the seat and the only way i can get it to go off is to snap the seatbelt. Sometimes i have access to my bluetooth phone and sometimes it doesn't work or the display is not accessible
