Description of the problem	Issue began 12mo w 2 new cars. Non adjustable rear suspension determined thru md-bbb hearing to be fault of poor handling and excessive tire wear. Determined by bbb to be caused by bent suspension parts. Owner was found not negligent for for parts bending implying that normal driving dynamic forces are causing parts to warp. Due to an inability to diagnose root cause for warped parts - no one wants to assess the issue to that extent - toe/camber settings can as suggested by hyundai corporate warp at will. Issue is this dynamic condition causing a 'self steering' condition with either toe/camper/both. Hyundai wants owner to pay them to have their design mistake go away and this issue go away - which seems strange in and of itself. If hyundai takes this vehicle they might conceal it from nhtsa investigation. I have to begin final negotiations with them by nov 17th. No one wishes to investigate why parts are bending. Does nhtsa want to wait for someone to have a significant accident before being concerned. The bbb of md and hyundai corporate are definitely not concerned.
