Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 hyundai elantra equipped with continental contiprocontact tires, line size 205/55r/16. The contact stated that he drove over a very small pothole at 45 mph and the front driver's side tire blew. The contact expressed concern that the tire blew while driving over such a small pothole.
