Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 hyundai elantra. The contact stated that while driving 2 mph the vehicle accelerated independently. The contact hit a concrete wall resulting in $4,227. 40 in damages. It was the third time it happened this year. The failure recurred whenever the contact would attempt to park the vehicle.
