 Description of the problemTl* the contact owns 2009 hyundai elantra. While driving approximately 15 mph the contact depressed the brake pedal when the vehicle suddenly accelerated. The contact crashed into the rear of the vehicle in front of her. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and repaired.
