Description of the problem | In september 2012, friend told me my left rear brake light was out. Upon inspection, i noticed the light intermittently worked and did not work. Brought it to the dealer, who was unable to replicate my concern. So they said nothing was wrong. I have recently seen the problem again. Now, i've received a recall notice for the exterior brake lighting. Upon further research, i see this recall was issued in april 2013. Why am i only being notified now?? Especially when i brought the issue to their attention 6 months earlier and they have record of it in the dealer's database?? |
