Description of the problem	I live where it snows. When driving down the road, the snow accumulates around the front tires and on front bumper. The accumulation of snow on my front bumper is pushing the bumper off. On both passenger and driver side of bumper are slowly being pushed off car by snow. The side of bumper is not bolted to car. It is being held by plastic clasps along top of bumper. I am afraid to drive to work because bumper might fall off while driving. Due to icy roads, my speed is 35 to 40 mi.
