Description of the problem	Head rest is tilted to far forward and is visibly coming out of the back of the seat. The forward tilt causes neck and lower back pain. It also puts the driver at risk for a "hangman's fracture" of the neck during an accident. Dealer said it's not covered under warranty and to contact american honda.
